King Size Slim & Flamenco Thief at The Cloak and Dagger
See event details

A gig held at The Cloak and Dagger on Thursday 10th February. The event starts at 20:00.

King Size Slim
In 2005 Toby Barelli aka KING SIZE SLIM began experimenting with a new sound. A sound fully conscious of its roots but with a new story to tell.
The trademarks of that sound emanate from a road-beaten Resophonic guitar, a powerful and direct vocal style and a peculiar rhythm section of Double Bass and a duo of Percussionists. It‘s a heavyweight acoustic sound that shouts loud and kisses sweet.

The Flamenco Thief
Craig Sutton, the Flamenco Thief, plays Spanish acoustic guitar with a loop pedal to blend modern rhythms with time-honored Flamenco techniques.
Western, Eastern and African rhythms have allowed him to connect and build long lasting friendships with people all over the world. He has entertained crowds in Turkish parks, German kitchens, Serbian living rooms, Dutch hospitals, French chapels and so many more wonderfully unique locations.
