Acid Arab at Colston Hall Foyer

A gig held at Bristol Beacon Foyer on Thursday 7th November. The event starts at 20:00.

Parisians Guido Minisky and Hervé Carvalho take Arabic musical language to create club music that represents the sound of today. Falling in love with the tones of North Africa, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey and more after a trip to Tunisia with Dj Gilb’R, their powerful techno has seen collaborations with Syrian singer Omar Souleyman and Israeli band A-WA. Described as “wonderfully organic and experimental” (The Quietus), Acid Arab’s fully-fledged live band will be performing cuts from their new album ‘Jdid’.
