This Vinyasa yoga class is aimed at balancing the many different emotions that can arise simultaneously when going through grief; finding both a steady strength through the challenge and a softness in the heart.
This Yoga for Grief class is brought to you by Becky Boucherrat, founder of Yoga with Boosh. The moves will be steady with a slow flow and will help you tune into your breath and your body. Open to people at all levels of fitness and yoga experience.
