Information:

This event is part of Good Grief Bristol, A Festival of Love and Loss. 11-17 May 2020 (https://goodgriefbristol.com/).

This Vinyasa yoga class is aimed at balancing the many different emotions that can arise simultaneously when going through grief; finding both a steady strength through the challenge and a softness in the heart.

This Yoga for Grief class is brought to you by Becky Boucherrat, founder of Yoga with Boosh. The moves will be steady with a slow flow and will help you tune into your breath and your body. Open to people at all levels of fitness and yoga experience.

By taking part in this yoga class you are also taking responsibility for looking after your own body, as you know it best. Please let your instructor know about any injuries, if you are pregnant or if there is anything it would be useful for the instructor to know at the beginning of the class.
