What is it?
This workshop will be run by artist and Container 22 co-founder, Sarah Garland de Carvalho, and will help artists and creatives to refocus your creative practice. This is a low pressure, high reward activity giving you techniques to support rethinking, refocussing and/or rededicating to your work.

Expect diagrams, memes and lols.

What to bring?
Just yourself! We have pens and paper but if you have a preference feel free to bring your own sketchbook, notebook or laptop.
