Roots Hitek, west London’s conscious dub producer has been releasing music since 1997. Originally part of the new age dub circuit alongside Word Sound and Power, Jonah Dan and others, he has worked with many artists such as Tenna Stelin, Tez fa Siyon and Errol Bellot. Hitek also runs a popular radio show, and many from Bristol will know him as a distributor of vinyl and CD around the city.

Ras Muffet has been part of the sound system scene since the early 80’s. Working as crew for the legendary Jah Shaka, he then built his own original sound; Roots Injection. Part of the Bristol Dub Club family, and with countless releases on his own label of the same name, Muffet is known for his truly unique sound.

As always, this event will be hosted by selecta ‘Eyes’ Isaacs, drawing a blend of new sound roots and old school steppas for this massive combination session.
