A gig held at The Crafty Egg (Fishponds) on Saturday 4th October. The event starts at 19:30.

Hello! After a break over the summer, CFE is back! This is a low key alternative to a Friday night out, where local songwriters showcase their talent and audience members can bring along sketchbooks or textiles, or use the materials supplied. This is a no-expectations environment, so if making new friends and some art feels right, join in! If it doesn't, then please just sit back and enjoy our incredibly talented musicians play.

The musicians are:

Annya Augusta is a singer-songwriter based in Bristol and raised in the north east. With her beginnings in poetry, she found her footing as a songwriter, exploring themes of love, longing and heartache. With influences of Angie McMahon, Indigo de Souza and Self Esteem, she balances the intimacy of folk music and the rowdiness of indie rock; taking her audiences on an emotional journey.

Emelina Murphy is a rising Bristol-based artist whose music draws from the bold creativity of 70s and 80s art pop and rock. Influenced by the likes of Kate Bush, Björk, and David Bowie, her sound weaves theatricality with emotional depth. For this special acoustic set, Emelina will be joined by long time collaborator Charlie. Together, they share a unique on stage chemistry. Intuitive, expressive, and beautifully in sync. Their raw, intimate energy draws in a heart felt audience .

Rosie Reynolds is a singer-songwriter whose melancholic folk melodies drift between comedic observation and heartbreaking revelations, giving a quiet voice to teenage sadness, the soft ache of being alive. With lyrics that feel handwritten in the margins of old love letters, Rosie crafts songs that linger long after the last note fades

We can't wait to see you there!
