The disco-hulk himself - Mr Mike Shaw - has always raised the bar at previous Bodywork sessions, hyping up the regulars with his flawless lifting technique.
This edition promises to be no different, so fight your way to the front to find some buffed-up juggernauts going at it hammer and tongs.
It’ll be grimaces a-go-go under the lights so bring a camera and an open-mind.
And bring body oil….plenty of body oil.
