The Good Boys / David 9 Lunas / Jack Harrison at Crofters Rights

A gig held at The Croft on Tuesday 2nd July. The event starts at 19:30.

Welcome to the Sunshine Folk Club! A night of lovely sounds featuring 3 unmissable acts from across the South West.

The Good Boys – 5-piece band with a sunny blend of folk, soul and blues. Dreamy original tracks laced with 4-part harmonies, for fans of the Mamas and Papas, the Incredible String Band and Kevin Ayers.

David 9 Lunas – Originally from Trinidad, having moved to UK at the age of 4, this singer/songwriter and guitarist’s material stretches from a raw bluesy feel through to the more elegant influence of the likes of Nick Drake and Roy Harper. His voice is hauntingly compelling and accompanied by his sophisticated guitar playing, simply demands attention.

Jack Harrison – A singer-songwriter from South-West England. His beautiful original songs drift effortlessly across folk, alt.rock, punk and pop, accompanied by cellist Matt Benjamin. Jack was invited to this gig by the Good Boys who were blown away after seeing him play in Bristol in April.

£3 advance / £4 on the door.
