A
clubnight
held at Dare to Club
on Saturday 29th January. The event starts at 22:00.
Morse is finally returning to the club, and we’re kicking off our 2022 series at Dare 2 with a serious lineup.
Following the release of his stellar debut album ‘Soaked in Indigo Moonlight’, Parris will be bringing his distinctive sound and rhythmic excursions to Morse. Joining him in Room 1 will be Black Artist Database co-founder NIKS, who has been swiftly going from strength to strength over the last year, landing a residency at Percolate and securing slots on revered lineups across the UK.
Steering the ship home is Ifeoluwa, who will be showcasing their signature sound, traversing through a variety of tempos, timbres and tones. Recently, their new label ipaadi saw its debut release from Robin Stewart [Giant Swan], and Ifeoluwa has also taken the Intervention crew on a tour of the UK, instructing beginner DJ workshops. To top it off, SWU.FM and Motion resident Ellis Roberts will join the bill. Morse resident Primrose finalises the Room 1 lineup.
Room 2 sees Morse exploring darker and faster dance music for the first time, welcoming Clarity, whose 2020 EP on Bristol mainstay label UVB-76 was met with acclaim from critics and fans alike. Alongside Clarity we present the elusive San. The London producer’s identity remains a mystery, exploding onto the scene in 2020 with a controlled yet hectic EP on Rua Sound, aiming to remedy the lack of “Jungle futurism, and hardcore sub bass gangsterism”.
To top it off, Sloan will be in tow, who has previously impressed dnb, jungle and 140 fans with his label, Mercurial Audio. Resident Milad will complete the lineup in Room 2.
