Danny Riley
Danny Riley is a fingerstyle guitarist who plays in the improvising minimalist folk rock group Double Pelican, a free-rock duo with drummer Noah Radley, and solo. He has released a handful of homemade CDRs and performed with the likes of Gwenifer Raymond, Six Organs of Admittance and Eric Chenaux. *Round Being* attempts to communicate with the unseen through an assortment of strings, chants and winds, and features contributions from friends in the Bristol scene and beyond, some of whom will join in with the performance.

Carnivorous Plants
Through running experimental music promoter and tape label Liquid Library, Owen Chambers has been a prolific and nurturing presence in Bristol’s underground music community for years. Chambers’s musical outpourings as Carnivorous Plants recast the apparently humble medium of DIY drone as an efficacious means for grappling with immensity, adapted at this gig for the minimal square footage of East Bristol Books. Not to be missed.
