Road To Masochist Presents...
Host Body
Headliners, Bristol-based blackened mathcore/noise quintet Host Body, have been growing in the scene fast. Their most recent EP, 'Strain' (2024), presented a horrifying soundscape of aggression, despair and raw intensity, and they have already made appearances at ArcTanGent Festival as well as a 12 date tour as main support to Torpor.
Beneath A Steel Sky
Hailing from Scotland, Beneath A Steel Sky bring out a spacier side to the post-metal/noise rock sound. Having released their debut 'Cleave' on Ripcord Records in January 2025, the band has an ever-growing fanbase and will equally appeal to fans of Cult of Luna as well as Mogwai. They now bring their live show south of the border for the first time.
Ian
Ian have wasted absolutely no time as they burst onto the scene in late 2025 with the absolutely fantastic, and wonderfully titled, 'Come on Everybody, Let's Do Nothing!' Out via Human Worth, this delivers a hugely intelligent, and precisely varied, journey through sludge, doom, drone and post-metal. And now they prepare to take this release to the live stage...
Big Shipping
Hailing from Exeter, Big Shipping defy genres and bring a deluge of progressive post-punk and hardcore infused noise. With a new album due on January 9th, titled 'Nobody Asked For This', they will provide the perfect platform to open this exceptional line-up of bands.
