The Howl & The Hum + Amy May Ellis at Exchange
See event details

A gig held at Exchange on Sunday 17th October. The event starts at 20:00.

With swooning lyricism and crunching Telecasters The Howl & The Hum make modern indie rock that’s been compared to Alt-J, Massive Attack and your dad’s favourite miserable disco.

Since their first Bristol appearance in 2018 the York four-piece have been touring across the country playing packed city festivals and remote Hebridean islands; a journey that’s given stimulus for their first studio album “that oozes with beauty” (Indie Midlands).

Returning to Exchange in October, expect their woozy, atmospheric music to simultaneously pull at your heartstrings while urging you to drop your A-game dance floor moves.
