Support from Shrink & The Precious Lies

Gotobeat is proud to bring you Reem Mitten at Exchange Basement, Bristol on Thursday 29th January as part of Independent Venue Week 2026.

From North-West London’s open mics to stages shared with Bill Ryder-Jones and Swim Deep, Reem Mitten has emerged as a quietly radiant force.

Born to Moroccan and Irish roots, she wears her heritage like silk — present, felt, but never loud. Her music isn’t about origin stories but about arrivals: into confidence, artistry, and light. Whether weaving heartbreak into melody or silence into song, she commands rooms not with volume but with gravity. Having already received BBC Radio support for her debut singles, Reem continues to carve her own path as a songwriter, collaborating with acclaimed producers and artists such as Dave McCracken (Depeche Mode, Natalie Imbruglia) and Luis Felber (Too Much - Netflix), to expand and refine her sound.

Please note the basement is not wheelchair accessible and is accessed by a narrow enclosed staircase. For more accessibility info, please email [email protected]

Entry requirements: 14+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
