Rain is a Manchester-based artist making emotionally charged, genre-questionable music for people who laugh at the apocalypse instead of coping properly.

Too punk for indie, too soft for punk, too dramatic to shut up about it - Rain once tried calling the sound "Pixie Punk", mostly because it sounded cute and vaguely threatening, but eventually gave up trying to label it altogether. Probably for the best.

Inspired somewhere between The Beatles, late-night spirals, caffeine dependency, and repressed existential rage, Rain writes songs that sound deceptively sweet until you realise they're mostly about the end of the world.

Offstage, they're just a silly little guy. Onstage, it's emotional devastation with hooks.

Expect raw honesty, sharp lyrics, chaotic energy, and the feeling of texting your ex during societal collapse.

Please note the basement is not wheelchair accessible and is accessed by a narrow enclosed staircase. For more accessibility info, please email [email protected]
