The Belgrave House Band are a revolving cast of some of Leeds' most established, and best up & coming musicians.
Assembled out of the musical power house that is 'The Belgrave House', and led by Will Lakin of Tightlines Music, this group have been performing top shows covering some of the most iconic albums of our times, selling out multiple shows in the North.
For the first show in the new 'Fiddlers presents' series, we are inviting The Belgrave House Band to come and play 'Rumours' in full (with a few added Fleetwood Mac hits to beef out the set).
For 'just a covers band' these guys have nailed an astounding standard of replication. They are the real deal who both look and sound the part!
Made of up of young musicians (don't let their make up fool you) from active up & coming bands on the Leeds scene such as Tete De Pois, Lady, Joe By The Book, Long Legged Creatures, B-Ahwe, Skwid Ink, Shaku and more, this follows on from their successful re-imaginings of Amy Winehouse's 'Frank', Oukast's 'The Love Below' and Destiny Child's 'The Writing's On The Wall'. For this run they have taken on one of the biggest albums of all time; the hit laden standout album from Fleetwood Mac's discography - the iconic 'Rumours'.
This is one record that people love to sing along to, and the music and lyrics resonate today as they did then. The Belgrave House Band will bring the smiles with their well rehearsed and on point versions of 'Dreams', 'Second Hand News', 'The Chain', 'You Make Loving Fun' plus all the rest of these amazing songs on this early December night out!
