Josh Rouse + Blind River Scare at Fiddlers
See event details

A gig held at Fiddlers on Thursday 10th November. The event starts at 20:00.

Since the release of his debut record in 1998, the Nebraska-born musician has explored funk, country and 80s-electronic inflections before his relocation to Spain brought Hispanic influences into his work.

Whilst each release expands Rouse’s sound palette and range, his songwriting carries a distinct warmth and his signature knack for soaring hooks.

Following on from 2018’s Love In The Modern Age, Rouse’s upcoming new album Going Places builds on the artist’s canon with classic guitar melodies, resonant horn instrumentals and a lilting southern twang.

+ support from Tim Manning (Blind River Scare)
