We're really pleased to have the Internationally respected jazz rock guitarist Carl Orr back at Fringe Jazz. Carl's gig back in the summer of 2015 was a rip-roaring success and was one of the most memorable nights we had that year. Carl Orr has performed and recorded with some of the finest musicians on the planet including Billy Cobham, George Duke, Ernie Watts, Randy Brecker, Gary Husband and Bennie Maupin and has jammed with Larry Coryell, Marcus Miller, Nigel Kennedy, Bill Summers and Mike Stern. He is a regular at London’s Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in his own band and as a member of drummer Mark Fletcher's supergroup "Fletch's Brew”.
Carl has performed at many of the major jazz festivals including Montreux (with there Billy Cobham/George Duke Band), North Sea, Nice, Sydney, Wangaratta and Kuala Lumpur and continues to perform and record regularly.
