Entry is free but there is a £5 recommended donation

A gig held at The Hare on the Hill on Saturday 6th July. The event starts at 20:30.

Join us for a special knees up with Natalie Wouldn't and The Meow Meows on Saturday 6th July for an evening of ska, soul and rock and roll.

8 piece Seattle-based Natalie Wouldn't were initially formed by members of Moon Ska Records recording artists Easy Big Fella, Natalie Wouldn't entered the Seattle music scene in 2000. The original trio of singer-songwriters built on the initial model, added some instrumentation, went through a few changes and finally evolved into a tasty eight piece musical organisation creating and performing an original blend of ska, soul and rock & roll.

Playing a mix of ska 'n' soul, The Meow Meows are Brighton-based girls and boys with a shared love of ska and drinking until incapacity. Born from the ashes of several bands from the south-coast ska-punk scene, the collective began playing live festivals and shows together in 2005. Their reputation on the circuit has built steadily, and recent years have seen the band appear on bills with reggae starlet Hollie Cook and David Rodigan favourites The Skints, as well as ska legends The Skatalites.
