Ashanti Beats presents a night of glory music made to make your feet move! A night full of tropical beats and only good vibes with all money raised being donated to Blessed Mount Mary’s school in Ghana (See below for more details) .

Chloë Rose Laing is a singer & natural songwriter with a large collection of Roots Afro Soul songs from the heart. CRL performs A capella & in collaboration with instrumentalists/ producers into Reggae, World Music, Hiphop, D&B, Jungle and Neo-Soul. The voice of Chloë Rose Laing echoes with sultry notes of expressive and hypnotic rhythms.

Infamous in Bristol for his exciting and eclectic DJ sets served up with an infectious smile. His broad collection of music is lovingly selected for the dance floor, spanning the diverse tropical flavours of Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean, whilst dipping and delving in to countless other party sounds.

High Tone’s passion for music and dance gave him the idea to share it with people, bringing his eclectic selection of global beats to a dance floor to make people groove! DJ High Tone brings loco nu cumbia electronic beats, tropical rhythms from the West to the East of Africa and sticky latin sounds. A crazy concoction of glory music for people who love to dance.

Gotta make space for the new Ashanti Empress arrivals so we are going to be offering out the last of 2018’s crazy colourful garms at one off bargain basement deals!

Bristols finest goodies will be up for grabs in our old skool raffle. Super snazzy prizes from the likes of Jackfruit Clothing, Radek’s chocolates, Ashanti Empress, LocoLomo and many more.

£5 though more is always appreciated!

We are raising money in aid of Blessed Mount Mary’s school in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. Ashanti Empress has been working with this school for the past 10 years, helping to secure funding through events and selling clothes. This money has provided sponsorship to 18 children from the local area, we have bought a school bus and also built new classrooms.

We are holding this event to fundraise for two key projects.

1. Sponsorship programme - it costs £30 a year for a child to attend the school but many families struggle to pay this fee meaning their Childs education can suffer. We fundraise to pay the fees of these children.

2. New toilet facilities - The current drop pit toilets are highly unsanitary, with no running water or washing facilities. To build new sanitary toilet facilities it is going to cost £1000.

All profits from this event are going directly to Blessed Mount Mary’s school and will directly benefit the children there through these key projects.

If you are unable to attend the event but would still like to show your support for the cause through a donation or sponsoring one of the children for a years eduction (£30) then please follow the link below and donate!
