TC & The Groove Family are a 9-piece collective whose music celebrates the coming together of cultures, and the unity that music can provide for everyone.

Driven by drummer Tim Cook, their live shows are powerful and dynamic, exploring grooves and genres from the UK and around the world, including afrobeat, breakbeat, jungle, jazz and highlife.

Support from MĀDŁY - Parisian-born, Bristol based singer, MC and poet. She has many recent collaborations with different worldwide producers, to deliver her debut EP ‘The End of Me’ released in May 2021. Sold out her first band show at two days notice, and has been gathering momentum ever since.

Expect some Neo-Soul with a pinch of Hip-Hop, a sprinkle of Nu-Jazz, French lyricism and some improvisation featuring Harry Stoneham (Waldo's Gift), Joe Milkinson (Cousin Kula) & Alex Veitch (Yetii).

In the past couple of years, she has opened the stage for Roy Ayers, Arrested development, Omar, Blue lab Beats, Lady Blackbird, and BCUC to name a few.

Over many years, under the picky ears, of Chai Wallahs director and chieftain Selecta SiChai, this collective has been carefully comprised of an alternating association of tyrannical turntablists, featuring a who’s who from the Diplomats of Sound DJ roster.
