DragonBird Theatre at Kelvin Players at Kelvin Players Theatre, Bishopston
See event details

A event on Friday 19th September. The event starts at 11:15.

DragonBird Theatre weaves soulful theatrical stories for under fives, blending live folk-inspired music, handcrafted sets and sensory-rich imaginative play.

Every month we go on a different theatrical journey – pollinating gardens with the Ladybird Detectives, exploring our different emotions on a day of changeable weather with Mr Clement, or experimenting with all the fantastic ways we can dress to express ourselves in Charlie's Wardrobe.

This month Autumn is here and it's time to make do and mend all of our knits for the colder weather. Come and help us sing our way through the mending pile - there's socks to darn, a giant scarf to make and lots of hats to try on.

Expect fifty minutes of interacting with unique characters, sets and props, getting our bodies moving, singing some folky songs (with a few easy harmonies) and a short meditative rest before we finish.

You will need a ticket for each child and a ticket for each adult attending.
Baby siblings under 3 months old don't need a ticket.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Our sessions are gentle – there are plenty of opportunities to sit for some or all of the hour or take some quiet time. Get in touch with us if you have any other questions about the sessions or accommodations you might need.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
