"With fascism haunting our daily lives, horror has never felt like a more appropriate mode of expression. If you have a ghastly story brewing in you but don't know how to get it out, come down and get your blood pumping with experienced horror creators. But whatever you do, don't look behind you."

HORROR WRITING WORKSHOP

What scares you?
Join Lauren Boisset and Jasmin Batler for an evening of horror writing designed to get your imagination moving, your pen flowing and, hopefully, your skin crawling.
Whether you already love writing horror or have never written a scary story in your life, you’re very welcome. No previous writing experience is needed.
There’ll be opportunities to share your writing with the group, but you never have to read aloud if you don’t want to. The workshop is intended to be relaxed, playful and supportive, with plenty of room to experiment and see where an idea takes you.
Come along, get creative and see what you can make us afraid of.
Tickets: £7
Pay What You Can tickets are also available if £7 isn’t accessible to you. Please choose whichever option works for you.
This workshop is a fundraiser for a feminist horror short film written and directed by Lauren Boisset and produced by Normal Girl Productions.
We can’t wait to get spooky with you.
