Cooper and Toller at Kingsdown Vaults
Free entry

A gig held at Kingsdown Vaults on Saturday 19th April. The event starts at 20:30.

“Progressive instrumentals and contagiously joyful (and sometimes joyfully melancholy) vocals.” Tradfolk “Delightful voices… beautifully sung…” RnR “The instrumental work is superb… enchanting harmonies that really pluck the heartstrings… a must listen.” Songliness Vicky Cooper and Richard Toller are a traditional folk duo based in the Bristol area. They sing solo and in harmony, sometimes unaccompanied and sometimes accompanied on a range of instruments including fiddle, mandolin, guitar and banjo. With a repertoire ranging from murder ballads to bawdy drinking songs, their material may be hundreds of years old but their approach is energetic, sophisticated and timeless.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
