This workshop is open for women (trans-inclusive) and non-binary folk.

G*RLS Camera Club is an analogue photography collective and community. For En Masse 2025, they're hosting an informal evening of experimentation with analogue acetate poster making, imaginative manifestos and spontaneous exhibition curation. This is a great entry point to darkroom processes and an opportunity to get playful with photographs. All skill levels welcome / all materials included.

This event is followed by the En Masse social which will take place in same venue until 10PM.

Safe Light Sessions with G*RLS Camera Club is part of En Masse’s 2025 Community and Arts Programme. This free-to-attend programme aims to enhance access to creative opportunities in Bristol, empower a diverse range of individuals to pursue creative careers, and nurture Bristol’s independent arts ecosystem by making it more connected and resilient.

Venue access:

KIT FORM is wheelchair accessible but does not have powered doors to the toilets or an emergency cord in the toilet.

Disclaimer: Signing up gauges interest and does not guarantee entry. There are a limited number of places for this event. Places will be allocated in a process that accounts for our outreach mission, as well as on a first come, first served basis.

This event is supported by Arts Council England.
