Bristol’s new art collective House of Butterfly has hatched, bringing forth a night of immersive art, music and performance to Kitform.
We welcome you to step into our fantasy bug world where we champion the fabulously bizarre, the weird and wonderful.
We will be exhibiting artworks from a collection of incredible artists, exploring themes of fantasy, nature, utopias, dreams, play and spiritualism alongside the performance art of House of Butterfly (@houseofbutterfly) and BeanPig Puppets (@beanpigpuppets)
We encourage fancy dress and self expression and invite you to come along with a costume inspired by aliens and insects!
SOUNDS OF THE EVENING
We’re so excited to be debuting a live performance from Bristol’s new dream pop duo MothDrop (@mothdropmusic) 8PM - expect glitchy percussion, dreamlike textures and rain-drenched sound design.
Followed by sets from:
Gillan (@_gill.an) 9PM - offering us psychedelic and cosmic sounds rooted in connection to the numinous.
Polymers (@polymers__) 10:30PM - combining dance floor ready beats mixed with subtle experimental twists.
Entry requirements: 16+, any under 18s accompanied by 21+ adult 1:1 ratio
