COTTAGE CLUB

Cruising space and play party for men, both cis and trans, that are sexually open, scene enthusiasts and most importantly comfortable and willing to engage in exploring an exciting and safer space.

While Cottage is a space that centres cis and trans men, we warmly welcome non-binary folks who feel aligned with gay male culture, masculinity, or the energy of this night. We’re not here to police identity — we’re here to create a space that feels good, respectful and fun. If this particular vibe doesn’t resonate, our sister brands like Climax Clique and Club Love offer broader, more fluid experiences that might be a better fit. Wherever you land, we’re glad you’re here.

Accessibility: Accessibility information

We want everyone to have the information they need to decide whether an event is right for them. Unfortunately, our venue options for this date are limited and the space available to us has unavoidable accessibility barriers. Stairs lead up and down to the main areas of the event, including the different spaces used for activities and socialising. This means the venue is not wheelchair accessible and access may be difficult for people with other mobility requirements.

We’re genuinely sorry that we’re unable to offer a more accessible space for this event. These limitations are a result of the venue available to us, rather than a reflection of who we want to welcome into our community. We recognise that this can mean some people are excluded from joining us, and we don’t take that lightly.

If you have access requirements or would like to discuss the layout before attending, please get in touch. We’re happy to have an honest conversation about the space and what may or may not be possible, so you can make an informed decision about attending.

Tickets and refunds: Tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be no tickets available on the door. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased in error or if you can no longer attend. Please check your booking carefully before purchasing.

Sexual health: We provide sexual health products at the event. Please use them responsibly and respect everyone’s boundaries and consent.

Drug policy: GHB/GBL (G) is strictly prohibited. Anyone found in possession of G will be permanently banned from Cottage Club events.

Right to refuse entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct, behaviour or actions are considered incompatible with the ethos, policies or safety of Cottage Club. Tickets do not guarantee entry where there are reasonable safeguarding concerns or a breach of event policy.

Consent and conduct: Consent is essential throughout the event. Harassment, discrimination, coercion, boundary violations or any behaviour that compromises the safety and wellbeing of others will not be tolerated and may result in removal and a permanent ban.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by our event policies and code of conduct.
