A
clubnight
held at Lakota
on Saturday 26th March. The event starts at 22:00.
Armand Jakobsson - aka DJ Seinfeld - first burst on to the scene after producing a series of tracks influenced by a recent breakup.
It was during this time in which Armand would watch countless episodes of 'Seinfeld' in between production sessions with the aim of taking his mind off the end of the relationship.
Little did he imagine that his creations would place him as a pioneer of a new genre dubbed Lo-fi house. The success not only propelled his career forward but also helped transform him into the man he is today, radiating a cool confidence from behind the decks.
The Swedish DJ-producer has garnered a reputation for not just Lo-fi House but will often be heard weaving his way through Trance, Melodic Techno, Breaks, Garage and more.
In support up and coming producer hailing from Middlesborough is REES. The founder of Paradiso records, REES will be bringing his distinct style that blends feel-good disco grooves, italo, electro and house.
