Marsm UK presents the return of the Palestinian powerhouse 47SOUL. The spearheading musical musketeers have created global headlines with their no-compromise dance music, pioneering a genre that they called Shamstep, in which hip-hop and electronica are fused with Middle Eastern melodies and excellence.  Their trademark sound, rooted in shaabi music, pop culture and tantalising dabke beats, has become incredibly popular both internationally and in the Arabic-speaking world. From their irresistible stage presence, to their bilingual lyrics and showstopping visuals, 47SOUL have become one of the leading voices within Palestine’s unparalleled cultural resistance. As they come to London for the exclusive debut of their latest album ‘Semitics’, expect the high energy, hypnotic hooks and pulsing synths that define their signature sound. 47 Soul Originally formed in Jordan and with members now scattered between Palestine, London and the USA, 47SOUL is formed of Tareq, Ramzy Suleiman and Walaa Sbait. Since the release of their debut album ‘Balfron Promise’ in 2018 they have built up an impressive following across the Middle East and the global Arab diaspora. In 2019, they performed for NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert, KEXP session and Youtube Dubai Space during a stint of over 160 international live shows. Their second album, Semitics, mixes stomping, no compromise dance music with powerful new songs and challenging, thoughtful lyrics in both Arabic and English Supermike (DJ) Best known for his seamless blends and nostalgia for the 90s, Supermike's sets are foot-stomping musical journey across the Arabic-speaking world. From top of the chart Lebanese hits, Syrian Dabke and underground Rai, this set will also incorporate groovy beats from around the world to warm up the mood for this show-stopping concert.
