DJ Format is back! In a long awaited return to Bristol, Format will be packing a record bag full of the rarest in Funk, Latin Soul, Heavy Psych, and Brazilian Tropicalia. Providing stellar support will be John Stapleton, one of Bristol’s most revered selectors, and head honcho of Bristol’s #1 vintage record shop, Wanted Records. Expect the unexpected.

DJ Format’s career boasts six artist albums, featuring rap heavyweights like Jurassic 5, Edan, Mr Lif, Phill Most Chill, and of course, long-time collaborator, Abdominal. His skill in compiling albums and crafting mixtapes has seen him enlisted by legendary labels such as FabricLive, Fania, BBE, and Mr Bongo.

John Stapleton
John Stapleton has been DJing and promoting gigs and club nights in his hometown of Bristol for over three decades and has been involved in some of the city’s most-loved events. He's also been known to share a stage with a diverse selection of artists including Roy Ayers, Mr. Scruff, Charles Bradley, and Femi Kuti to name a few.
