21:30: Doors open.
21:30-22:30: Catch up with your mates and/or make new ones before lights go dim.
22:30-22:45: Dance floor meditation and embodied warm up (optional).
22:45-1:30: LEXX + Wildblood & Queenie on the decks.

ABOUT WILDBLOOD & QUEENIE (they/them x2)

Always fuelled by the divas and forever in love with the cowbell, Wildblood and Queenie (@wildbloodandqueenie) are a Brighton DJ duo with a passion for the sassy side of disco and house music, its queer roots and glitter-fuelled magnificence. Meeting thanks to Kate’s club night Shameless Hussies back in 1993, Wildblood and Queenie have become a lifelong partnership that campaigns, creates, DJ and giggles together, as they bring their love and neurodivergent reality to the club scene, ensuring the joy they create on their 1BTN radio show runs through every BPM they share on the dancefloors. With Wildblood and Queenie on the decks, the jump will always be had. With Wildblood and Queenie the disco joy is forever included.

LEXX (a_lexx_a_) whips the finest cross-genre music into sets that sweat and reset. Their dance floor is a sxy somatics-infused space where gender gets bent and all beings are held in love. A space where you can dance freely to meet your struggle and release it all. LEXX is the creator and DJ daddy of Soft Butch, a somatics-infused night celebrating butchness, for all women, NB and Trans people to dance freely together. The event is a repeat sell-out, gathering crowds of over 500 people on the regs. You can find LEXX on the decks in the UK and beyond, in clubs, cafés and bars, at festivals, and in sober dance spaces. Expect the finest house of all flavours, afrobeat and amapiano, reggaeton and latinx tracks, drum n bass, and much more.

The bathrooms in the venue are all gender neutral.

If something doesn't feel right, please talk to one of our Soft Butch team members. We will believe you and we will help. The team members are introduced at the start of the night and all wear a blue LED arm band.
