A
clubnight
held at Lost Horizon
on Thursday 14th November. The event starts at 19:30.
After our biggest Soft Butch yet where 400 of you slapped the dance floor in September, we gather again to drip drip drip the hawtest Queer energies on the Lost Horizon dance floor. Here's how it's gonna go:
7:30PM: Doors open.
7:30-8:30PM: Catch up with your mates and/or make new ones before lights go dim.
8:30-8:35PM: TIM LYTC
8:35-9:00PM: House of Boussé - Gender Criminal, Habibi, Kezzy and Xanthe Kween.
9:00-9:10PM: Optional dance floor meditation.
9:10-11:30PM: LEXX on the decks.
✸ Invitation to experiment by having no drinks or phones on the dance floor (more about this in our FAQs: https://tinyurl.com/3vv6trxf) ✸
ABOUT HOUSE OF BOUSSÉ @house_of_bousse
Tyrannical trans+ chaos creatures fathered by Gender Criminal, House of Boussé are a unique storytelling troupe pushing back against relentless transphobic rhetoric in the UK. Rehumanising through art, HOB will bring you authentic queer performances that are outrageous, hilarious and vulnerable. Expect trans divinity and authenticity, sensational schemes, and stuff that gender-nonconforming dreams are made of.
ABOUT TIM LYTC @tim_lytc
TIM LYTC (pronounced "lights", they/them) is a multidisciplinary movement artist, who made their debut on the cabaret scene through Peach Fuzz, ran by Bitten Peach (the UK's first queer pan-Asian cabaret production company). Their cheeky, magical performance dazzled the crowd, and they will be bringing transformative, genderqueer joy through different dance forms to Soft Butch this month.
ABOUT LEXX @a_lexx_a_
LEXX whips the finest Reggaeton, Afrobeat, Dancehall, House and Drum & Bass into sets that sweat and reset. She will throw you into the deep end and you will love it. LEXX's dance floor is a space for those of you who know there's more to life. A sexy space where gender gets bent and all beings are held in love. A space where you can dance freely to meet your struggle and release it all. Come get it.
