See event details

A gig held at Lost Horizon on Tuesday 5th March. The event starts at 19:30.

The genre-bending sister duo, Nyrobi and Chaya, unapologetically merge the musical boundaries of Rock by incorporating Rap, DnB, Electronica and Operatic sounds.

Being touted as one of the UK's most exciting new acts by NME and receiving multiple glowing reviews from BBC Radio 6 DJs, this duo are one to keep an eye on for sure.

Gürl

gürl are ANTIPOP: Froot Loops and butcher knives, bubblegum and razor blades, and fashion posing as music, all wrapped in diva choruses with heavy guitars, rock drums and trap production. Think Ashnikko meets Loathe and Billie Eilish meets Bring Me The Horizon, but drenched in a magnificent shade of pink. The result is dangerous, it’s glam, it’s heavy, it’s camp, it’s sarcastic, it’s narcissistic, it’s ironic, and most importantly, it goes hard.

BATTERY ACID

BatteryAcid are an all female 5 piece alt punk rock band from the south west. Starting their band under a year ago they have gone on to win two battle of the bands competitions gaining them large amounts of attraction in the local and wider area. Their debut self titled single 'BatteryAcid' encompasses their unique sound of grungy guitar tones combined with folk inspired haunting melody lines. Taking inspiration from punk, rock and folk music BatteryAcid aim to put their own spin on the genre.
