Boiling Point 2.0

Boiling Point 2.0 at Lost Horizon

A clubnight held at Lost Horizon on Wednesday 18th September. The event starts at 21:00.

A long-standing pillar of Bristol’s underground music scene, Kelvin 373 knows all too well how important it is to protect the small clubs in the city that provide emerging artists with a platform to grow. This is the motivation behind his new event series, Boiling Point.

Boiling Point is Kelvin’s monthly residency at Lost Horizon. Each month he celebrates the sound system culture he’s been a part of on road, so expect multi-genre shows where Kelvin works his way through the BPM gears before reaching boiling point. Genres will include drum and bass, jungle, 140, dancehall, reggae and garage.

The event series is centred around connection with the audience and the city, so expect an intimate 360 deck set-up and a cast of special guests each month, as Kelvin flies the flag for the underground scene and the Bristol venues that help make it so unique. To go one step further with his support, Kelvin will invite an up-and-coming DJ to join him in a b2b for the final hour.

This is an event for the ravers, and for the city.
