A clubnight held at Mickey Zoggs on Saturday 18th July. The event starts at 20:00.
A night celebrating the music, legacy and lasting influence of Jim Morrison and The Doors to mark the 55th anniversary of the Lizard King’s passing.
Expect selections from across the band’s legendary catalogue—from the psychedelic poetry of their self-titled debut and Strange Days to raw blues-infused rock, live recordings and deep cuts—alongside the artists who inspired them and the generations of musicians they continue to influence.
Proto-goth, psychedelia, and underground 60s/70s sounds woven together for an evening dedicated to one of the most enigmatic and influential frontmen of the last century. Wear your shiny boots of leather and dead flowers in your hair to shake the ghosts away, with Aynjel (Jesus & The Zealots and NOODS) spinning records all night long until the witching hour.
No need for a ticket, but by grabbing one it helps us gauge how busy the event is, ensuring we're properly staffed.
