“The Kiosk is a video diary filmed by Alexandra, a young artist who has come to help her mother run a newsstand in a chic Paris neighbourhood. The filmmaker, while fulfilling her old childhood dream of playing at keeping shop, discovers the business of selling newspapers and gets to know the customers. While holding the till of the newsstand, as members of her family have done for a hundred years, Alexandra films the world go by with her phone. But the printed press is in crisis and this game turns out to be a little more complicated than she expected…”

“A group of 17-18 year olds who became a collective by starting off as close friends/connecting through mustuals over solo music. What started off as messing about in front of a mic has become a joint passion and love for the 6 of us, 5 rappers & 1 singer. We all see music as a way to express while creating with a light hearted attitude. We became FOTS in November 2020 and gained our newest member in March 2021, Sylvie-Rose.”

Making Money Through Music
“18+ event. EADES’ sound is assembled somewhere within the shifting textures of rhythmic convulsions and low-fidelity rawness. It bounces with an after-hours hedonism. Lives on its wits. Snaps from the fingertips to the brain edges in a transmissible instant. Fidgety. Restless. Raw. Economical. Irresistible songs flecked with CBGB’s decadence. Offset by a Bukowski gutterball lyric. Laced with an appropriately dangerous, metropolis menace. Always delivered with fearless abandon. Most bands cram you with theory, but rarely show you how hard the pavements are.”
