Heavy for the Tropics
HFTT are an alternative outfit combining sweet indiegirl melodies, post punk guitars, and a vast array of grooves and rhythms.
As their name suggests, HFTT emote the heaviness of life through thought provoking lyrics, but as if you are on holiday with music that is energetic and explorative, like raving on Bikini Atoll in stunning desolation...whilst continuously downing cough syrup.
Wyrd Mons
Wyrd Mons (pronounced: wēírdd møńs) are a psychedelic garage rock 4-piece from Bristol, UK. Brainchild of Joe Seal and Jake Wareham, their nostalgia-scented music started to flow like hot lava in the withering months of 2023. Joined by Alex Perkins on drums and Solly G on bass; the group first took to the stage in March 2024. Since then, they have become an unstoppable needle in the perpetual groove of the Bristol music scene.
