Hexcut's keys player Torsten is turning 30 and to celebrate is putting on a free gig at the Moor Beer Co brewery! This gig will also be a fundraiser for Mind Bristol, a mental health charity doing wonders in the city.

HEXCUT
Hexcut are a quartet of keys/ synths, electronics, drums and bass that combine rock, modern jazz and electronic music into a sound that is entirely their own, lying somewhere between Gogo Penguin, High Contrast and Deftones. Having recently played a sold-out show at Rough Trade and an album on the way, Hexcut are a band fast on the rise.

VENSTRA
Influenced by artists like Bonobo, Flying Lotus, Blockhead and Portishead, Venstra mix electronic production and beats with live keys and bass. Their sets mix sound design and sampling with improvisation using live instruments to give something somewhere between an electronic set and a jam!
