A gig held at Moor Beer Co on Thursday 9th May. The event starts at 19:00.

it would be entirely plausible to be a fan of Ye Gods' (AKA Antoni Maiovvi) music without ever knowing it was made by them. With over 15 years+ in the game, Maiovvi has overseen a stupidly-high quality and prolific output across a dizzying number of collaborative projects and aliases - Pleasure Model, DJ Ghettoscraper, HOMOAGENT, Acid Vatican, Defibrillators... (and the list goes on and on and on...) - having dirtied the bedsheets in many a labels homes (Death Waltz, 100% Silk, Clan Destine Records + not to mention his own excellent Giallo Disco) the relatively new Ye Gods project has so far seen releases on Long Island Electrical Systems, Bunker Records (Den Haag) and Phage Tapes - counting such international taste-making luminaries as Ron Morelli, Guy Taraves and Sam Soxten as fans of their music, Anton continues to unite freaks across the globe with whatever new project they dream up next.......**I MOVE AWAY FROM THE MIC TO BREATHE IN.........'Ye Gods' is an outdated 17th century phrase to show suprise and exclamation at an unforeseen event, a fitting way to describe their off-kilter brand of sex-fuelled occult-ish blood music - think Eyes Wide Shut set in ancient Egypt but Tom Cruise is running around with an 808 instead of being such a boring little wetty all the time...

supporting will be Manchester electronics wizard and sound design / visual artist LSMarley - whose music has been featured by Arts Council England, used in various spellbinding contemporary dance productions and has previously performed as part of the AGEOFTHE collective in Leeds. LSMarley's music walks a line somewhere between the experimental brain-mangling sound design of acts like Emptyset or Amon Tobin's ISAM project, alongside more dancefloor friendly modern mutant / deconstructed club sounds - music for the body and mind in equal measure

rounding out proceedings is Bristol's own star-child Monika Badly, fresh from demolishing Moor Beer a few weeks back as part of the lineup for Distortion Gospel (where you there?). A member of Bristol's Avon Terror Corps crew with previous releases on the ATC label and the mighty Industrial Coast... Monika Badly will be continuing their studies of extremity and experimentation on our speaker stack once again - AND more importantly will soon hold the honorary distinction of being the only artist to have played (and perhaps the only artist capable of doing so...?) as part of both Distortion Gospel and Sensitivity Sound Program lineups - there's even rumoured to be a trumpet involved this time round.

as usual, Sensitivity Sound Program will be powered by the (now even-bigger) CGC Soundsystem and feature psychoactive / immersive visualisations of whatever last minute junk we can find in the nether-regions of the piratebay

+ SSP affiliate Blood Test will be filling the gaps with their record collection and keeping the scoops warm until the pros step in

don't pull up a chair for this one - risk of possession by demonic forces likely to occur
