A clubnight held at The Mothers Ruin on Friday 28th November. The event starts at 12:00.
For 18 years, The Mother's Ruin has stood proudly at the entrance to St Nicholas Street - a beacon for those wanting an affordable, comfortable pint, those after a messy night touring the shots menu, and everything in between.
This weekend, it turns the grand age of 18, meaning it can officially buy itself a pint inside its own walls (does that make sense?) - stranger yet, it means that, going forward, there will be people drinking at the bar who were not born when the building first opened its doors.
To celebrate this terrifying fact, we'll be partying hard all weekend in true Mother's Ruin style. We'll be bringing back some of the elements of yesteryear that made The Ruin what it was - shooters, music, and a few more surprises in store.
Of course, it's free entry all weekend (as always), so no need to buy a ticket, just come down any time Friday-Sunday and raise a glass to the next 18 years with us.
