We are very excited to welcome back the table dancing folk band M.O.D... Never before have a band played on our tables, but we hope the experience will be recreated.

"Entirely acoustic, from the humble washboard and the throb of the double bass via the wheezing of the harmonium and the shriek of the clarinet.

With a chorus of voices telling tales of steam, soviet farming machinery and 1930s drag queens.

A ramshackle troupe of musicians, unafraid to fraternise with the audience, whipping them into a frenzy of folk and roll.

Hailing from the deepest darkest reaches of North Somerset, perhaps more accurately, the Gordano Valley, meandering lazily betwixt Junction Nineteen and Twenty of the M5 Motorway. M.O.D are usually a quintet but have been known to play as septet when the mood takes them.

A regular at festivals including Llama, Dot to Dot and headline slots at Burnham Folkfest two years in a row.

Unleashing their magnum opus of a debut, entitled'Travelling At The Speed Of Cattle' to an unsuspecting populace during the onset of 2013; featuring five original compositions.

With exuberant glee they bounce and rattle their way far and wide and in doing so they have become the stuff of myth and folklore "
