The END is NIGH BOSS and Promises Promises at Mr Wolfs
£3/4 on the door

A gig held at Mr Wolfs on Friday 9th December. The event starts at 20:30pm.

The only way to give 2016 the send off it really deserves is to Party Like It's 1999 with BOSS and Promises Promises. So put on your red shoes and dance the blues as we show this tyrannical year the Brexit. With such fantastic acts this gig is surely going to come up Trumps!
Tickets £3 before 10pm.

BOSS:
https://www.instagram.com/boss__stagram/

80s revival hyperpop designed to make you dance, fall in love, and remind you that you were made for great things!

BOSS is not a shoegaze triphop indie-dub band for bare-footed girls wearing bindis and hareem pants, a can of Red Stripe in one hand and (whatever the vegan alternative is to) jerk chicken is in the other. BOSS is The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Earth Wind And Fire, Toto; life-afirming hyperpop reminding you that you were meant for great things.
At a BOSS show, you wear your Sunday best.

Seamlessly fusing 80s pop with soul and funk and all with the gloss of modern production, the dual-frontmanned ensemble focus on catchy vocals and unrelenting instrumental hooks. The soaring anthemic vocals of Richard Wilks married perfectly with the warm sorrowful timbre of Joshua Dalton are often supported by vibrant five part harmonies from the rest of the band. Their musical prowess is matched only by their attention to detail and tightness as a unit.

Promises Promises:
Promises Promises is a four-piece EDM/Pop band focused on movement, energy and the fluidity of sound.
