Dave Huntriss Music: Nostalgic, atmospheric, acoustic indie for fans of uplifting tales of woe. Having so far made a name for himself in the Bristol music scene as part of indie band Nicholson Heal, Dave is currently playing select shows to promote the self-release of his debut album '[Re]collection' after around 4 years of writing and recording in various bedrooms around the UK. Cathal Dowd: Originating from the wild shores of County Kerry in Ireland, and now based in the bohemian city of Bristol, Cathal Dowd is a folk inspired musician who paints honest pictures of his life with an acoustic guitar and punchy vocals.
His musical influences range from Paul Simon to Newton Faulkner, and he blends a unique open string tuning with thought provoking lyrics to create an exciting sound. One that welcomes you in with a cuddle and buys you a whiskey.
With his debut album "Friendly Shores" due for release this year and a full UK & Ireland tour scheduled for September, it's safe to say that the future is bright for this innovative musician. The best is yet to come.
