Electric Kif + Bad Lands at Mr Wolfs

A gig held at Mr Wolfs on Saturday 17th September. The event starts at 21:00.

Electric Kif are a Miami-based power quartet that explore the boundaries between rock, jazz fusion and electronic drum & bass. Made up of bassist Rodrigo Zambrano, keyboardist Jason Matthews, drummer Armando Lopez and guitarist Eric Escanes, Electric Kif have garnered attention of the live music scene for their eclectic take on groove and their own brand of 'post-nuclear music'. Within the past year, they released their 4th full length LP 'DREAMLIKE' featuring international heavy hitters Aaron Parks & Chris Bullock of Snarky Puppy. Their latest stand alone single 'CODE GREEN' also features Chicago rapper, Mick Jenkins and Miami's own Wrekonize.

BADLANDS Is a 6-Piece Funk/RnB Band based in and around Bath, U.K. We come together to craft a unique yet reminiscent new sound whilst drawing from various different musical genres, both old & new. Led by Frontman Jake Gooding. Each song is stylistically different from the last - our set is a journey and we intend to bring our audience along for the ride! Our content is based upon the trappings, misconceptions and dual-perspective narratives of modern-day dating.Inspiration taken from artists such as Silk Sonic, Jamiroquai, Sam Henshaw, Jay Prince & Anderson Paak.
