MIZIZI + Lost Roots at Mr Wolfs
See event details

A gig held at Mr Wolfs on Saturday 22nd March. The event starts at 21:30.

MIZIZI
Mizizi are a 5 piece Bristol based reggae band with female & male singers. We play original reggae tunes and a few carefully chosen covers. We are a group of experienced session musicians with a shared love of roots reggae and a deep love of playing it live. Members have played major festivals including Shamabala main stage & Glastonbury‘s Pyramid Stage.

LOST ROOTS
Rolling in like an Atlantic storm from the wilds of the West Coast of Wales; Lost Roots bring a powerful mix of swing, folk, reggae and dub. Deep and grounded bass lines combine with focused hard-hitting rhythms, lilting folk melodies, psychedelic rises and infectious dub-laced grooves to create their signature West Coast sound.

Uniting and uplifting the crowd with defiant, conscious lyrics and compelling raw groove; live they hit like a warm hug and whip up an electrifying energy. Lost Roots demand your attention in a compellingly fresh and joyous way.
