The Spectacles + The Mice + Soft Kicks + The Eddie Mole Band at Mr Wolfs
See event details

A gig held at Mr Wolfs on Today. The event starts at 20:00.

THE SPECTACLES are Bristols best kept rock and roll secret - a heady blend of original indie rock and punk psychedelia - eyes twinkling, passions racing and guitars tearing - harking back to the halcyon days when bands ACTUALLY MATTERED - always overhyped and under-rehearsed : strap yourselves in for a roller coaster ride into the blue pool of rock and roll 4 jet pilots armed with lazer guided melodies and cliché ridden reveries - surfs up baby surfs up x

THE MICE aren't terribly influenced by modern bands, and instead have a retro sound taking inspiration from classic bands like the Beatles, the sex pistols, Roxy Music, the Clash, Madness, and even Phil Spector, combining them together to create their own unique sound. The songs have a catchy sound with punk attitude, including songs like 'Clair' , 'stars across the skies' and 'An Attack on Love.'
