Open Jam + Mr Chubb's Gastric B at Mr Wolfs
£2/£3

A gig held at Mr Wolfs on Tuesday 11th December. The event starts at 21:00.

This week we've got an extra special band coming in: Mr. Chubb's Gastric Band!

We are also raising funds for Feed The Homeless Bristol. All entry fees will go towards the charity, and we will also have donation buckets so please bring some spare change! We also still have copies of our 'OUT WEST' compilation album documenting the current state of Bristol's thriving jazz-inspired music scenes, featuring bands like Wasabi わさび's outrageous funk antics to Tezeta's intriguing soundscapes, the album features music from 10 exciting home-grown bands each as innovative as the last. Each album is £7 and would make a great Christmas gift ;)

Mr Chubb's is a Bristol based band made up of some of our very own beautiful JFS alumni. They quickly became one of the top professional function bands in the Bristol University circuit. Through their numerous private performances at venues such as Ashton Court Manor, The Royal Marriott Hotel, Bristol Museum of Art and History and the Royal West of England Academy of Art they have become popular with student societies and law firms alike, and of course, wedding parties! They'll be delivering a mix of funk/soul classics for you guys so you can dance your Funking socks off at our last JFS of the year!- what a great way to see you off into the new year!
