Eat The Frog: Body Doubling & Accountability Session
Do you know exactly what you need to do... but somehow never quite get around to doing it?
Welcome to Eat The Frog, a relaxed co-working and accountability session designed for freelancers, remote workers and creative business owners who need a little external structure to finally tick those lingering tasks off the list.
This session is especially supportive for those who are neurodivergent, struggle with procrastination, or simply work better alongside other people. Through body doubling, focused work time and gentle accountability, we'll create the momentum needed to get sh!t* done.
Pull up a seat at the table and be surrounded by people who get it. Together, we'll tackle those long overdue tasks and then celebrate the wins over coffee, cake or lunch.
Hosted at No.1 Harbourside, a proudly independent Bristol venue and gathering space for creative thinkers and doers.
What to expect:
• Intention setting at the start of the session
• Dedicated body doubling and focused work time
• Supportive accountability from fellow creatives
• Space to connect, share ideas and celebrate progress
• A welcoming environment where productivity doesn't have to feel lonely
Who is this for?
• Freelancers and self-employed creatives
• Remote workers craving community
• Neurodivergent entrepreneurs
• Anyone thinking, "I know what I need to do, I just need to actually do it."
Tickets are free to keep the session accessible to everyone. We simply ask that you support our wonderful hosts by purchasing a coffee, sweet treat or lunch during the event.
Bring your laptop, your to-do list and, if you fancy it, your business bestie.
Together, let's Eat The Frog.
