The Dopamine Lab: ADHD Founders Club - Free Launch Event at Online

A event on Thursday 16th July. The event starts at 12:30.

Most founder content wasn't made for your brain. This one is.

Join ADHD Coach Ellie Starkwood and Founder and CEO Coach David Nettleton for a free online workshop built specifically for entrepreneurs with ADHD. We'll explore what makes your brain powerful, where your energy is actually going, and how to build a working life that plays to your strengths.

This is a taster session for an exciting 3-month programme launching in September 2026, designed for ADHD founders who want to go deeper. Come along to get a feel for the programme and take away valuable insights about yourself as a founder.

What we'll cover

* Dopamine: how it impacts ADHD and how to hack your dopamine to improve your productivity
* Your strengths and zone of genius as a founder
* A role snapshot: where you're spending your time now, what you could be wasting time on, and how to focus it on more valuable work instead
* 15 minutes for FAQs

You'll leave with a clearer picture of your own role and practical ideas for shifting more of your time towards the work that moves the dial that you're actually brilliant at.

Who is this for?

* Founders and entrepreneurs with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)
* Business owners who suspect their brain works differently and want to use that as an advantage
* Anyone who's read founder advice and thought "this just doesn't land for me"
