Drum Journey
Sunday 23rd November | 5:00–6:00pm
The Renovated Chapel Space, Bristol
Join me for an evening of rhythm, reflection, and deep inner connection in the beautifully restored Chapel Space.
This Drum Journey is a meditative sound experience designed to gently guide you into a state of expanded awareness — a bridge between rhythm and rest, movement and stillness, the conscious and the unseen.
✨ What to Expect
You’ll be guided through a 60-minute sound journey beginning with gentle grounding and intention setting before being led into the rhythmic resonance of the drum.
As the steady beat unfolds, it helps to quiet the thinking mind, allowing access to deeper layers of awareness. From here, imagery, insight, and emotion can surface naturally — each journey unique to the listener.
We’ll close with a short period of reflection and grounding, with time to note any insights or sensations that arise.
