Headed up by siblings Jack and Lily Wolter, Penelope Isles deliver a “lo-fi trip punctuated by beautiful vocal harmonies” (DIY Mag). The Brighton band mix waves of ambient delays and fuzz guitar noise with melodic pop hooks. Their refreshingly down-to-earth sound is self-produced while their live set is hypnotic and captivating. As well as selling out shows both in Brighton and London, the band has opened for The Magic Numbers, Lost Horizons, Walter TV, Airwaves and British Sea Power.
